a brand new year, a fresh beginning.

i read up other's blog & everyone's dedicated the whole post to their achievements+happenings in 2oo6.

i shall follow suit ((:

things i gained most: weight.

things i wasted most: money/time.

time flew by, so fast that we din even haf the chance to stop & think. it seems like ytd where the universe's celebrating the arrival of millennium (im only a kiddy at 10 then). without realising, we stepped into twothousand7.

memories left; sad or happy. we'll always say 'ming nian hui geng hao'. the path ahead in the following year will b brighter. but year aft year, without fail, disasters happened, taking away more lives. in a brand new year, pace of life will increase, technology improves, GST increases. pple worked like bulls to earn a living, pple in other parts of th world lived in poverty.

sisters+cuzzies+qiang headed to suntec for brunch in celebration of ahyan's 19th bdae! the route to suntec seemed forever for the few hungry poks. & when we finally reached sizzler, the staff told us that they're closing at 3.

ugh, so i cldn't satisfy my crave for the mushroom soup. guys' legs turning wobbly, stomachs growling and we settled at nydc or fish&co.

well, service there is quite good cos xq complained that his bakedrice isnt well cooked. and th manager gave him a complementary soup. cool heh?

yan+xq went for er ren shi jie while the 4ofus left for marina sq. we had some 7hrs to kill b4 midnight for the fireworks= ate shopped camwhored. aft dinner (which is only 8+), we walked ard giant to grab stuffs for ltr. poooooofffff. coincidentally plus amazingly, i saw those 4guys [tong shhh2 thj weida]. sg's small but still, marinasq quite big. :D

the whole place is so damn packed, even queuing in the toilets! we sat at e grasspatch outside esplanade w/ ahjie's frens to catch the fireworks.
